Bilingual Digital Advertising Specialist

What you’ll be doing:

As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you”ll play a central role in planning, launching, and optimizing multi-platform digital campaigns for a diverse roster of clients. You”ll be hands-on in the work, responsible for campaign performance, and encouraged to bring practical, up-to-date ideas to how recruitment marketing is delivered.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000

Vacancy Type: Replacement

In this role, you will:

  • Execute paid digital media campaigns across search, social, and video platforms including Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Conduct keyword research, write high-impact ad copy, and set up paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms including Google, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
  • Actively monitor live campaigns, optimizing toward performance goals and moderating community engagement where required
  • Track and manage budgets across multiple platforms, ensuring accurate pacing and budget adherence
  • Build clear, insight-driven performance reports
  • Set up and manage GA4 tagging, event tracking, and conversion measurement on custom landing pages to ensure data integrity

What you bring to the role

  • Bilingualism, fluent in French & English (verbal and written)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience building and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms and clients
  • A Google Ads Certification and experience with tracking frameworks (UTMs, GTM, and platform pixels)
  • An analytical mindset, you enjoy interpreting data and delivering actionable insights
