As our Bilingual Strategic Account Advisor, you will lead the charge in developing recruitment strategies. You will participate in every stage of the lifecycle, from initial concept development to execution and real-time optimization. - Salary: $85,000 – $105,000

In this role, you will:
- Consult & Partner: Act as a dedicated advisor to clients, understanding their Talent Acquisition needs and translating business challenges into recruitment strategies.
- Architect Recruitment Solutions: Leverage your deep recruitment expertise to design multi-channel strategies, from job boards and social media to traditional print and OOH. You will set the strategic vision and partner with our internal teams to bring high-performing campaigns to life.
- Strategic Project Ownership: Serve as the primary internal stakeholder and “vision holder” for every account. You will develop high-level creative and strategic briefs, ensuring that the work produced by the digital and creative teams fulfills the client’s core objectives.
- Manage & Execute: Drive the high-touch, fast-paced lifecycle of multiple accounts, ensuring meticulous detail while maintaining a high-level strategic “North Star.”
- Analyze & Pivot: Move beyond standard reporting by dissecting complex datasets to tell a story, identifying the “why” behind performance, and adjusting strategies in real-time.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, staffing experience is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of experience developing multi-media recruitment strategies.
- 3+ years of experience managing Talent Acquisition budgets.
- Exceptional communications skills in both English and French (oral and written), with a talent for presenting concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
